Magdalena Inés Correa Henao, professor at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, held a lecture entitled “Bipolar Constitutionalism: the Colombian Case. The Coexistence of rule of law institutions and criminal de facto power . The seminar, which took place out on October 9th at the San Francesco building, was organized by DIPEC, the research group on European and comparative public law, of the department of Business and Law of the University of Siena. The lecture was held thanks to the partnership between the two universities within the Erasmus+ ICM program. In her speech, Professor Correa Henao explained the peculiarities of the Colombian case. The lesson was introduced by Professor Tania Groppi with the conclusions of Professor Valentina Carlino.
